Mr. Taxes Pro
A Fort Lauderdale tax preparation business with a book of over 200 clients and a website that sold none of it.
What was actually broken
Mr. Taxes Pro does two very different things: standard return preparation, and custom tax planning — the service the owner actually wants to grow. The old site treated them as the same thing and led with a phone number.
Meanwhile the business was running four disconnected systems: a CRM, tax software, an intake form, and the website. Nothing talked to anything else, and every new client was re-entered by hand.
The change

The work
- A homepage built around the high-value tax planning consultation, with return prep positioned as the entry point rather than the headline
- A clear service structure so a visitor understands what they are actually booking
- An onboarding path that connects the website to the existing intake form instead of duplicating it
- A plan for reactivating past clients, mapped against the existing CRM rather than replacing it
- Everything automated around the consultation — and deliberately nothing automated inside it
