Motion360 is a web design, local SEO, and automation studio based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, serving small businesses across South Florida. This policy covers motion360fl.com, our contact forms, and the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you enter. That usually includes:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your business name and current website
- What you need help with, and the best time to reach you
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record basic technical details such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location. If we use the Meta Pixel or similar analytics tools, they help us understand which ads and pages are working. These tools may use cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule a call, and prepare anything you asked for, like a free homepage preview or website check
- To send you a proposal or follow up about the request you made
- To improve our website and measure how our ads perform
We do not add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask for.
Calls, texts, and email
By submitting a form, you agree that Motion360 may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by email to stop contacting you. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.
Who we share it with
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers we use to run the business, and only as needed to do that job. That includes our website host (Netlify), our email provider (Microsoft), our scheduling and CRM tools, and Meta, when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to run your project and keep business records. If you don’t become a client, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- See or correct it: ask us what we have on file and we’ll send it or fix it.
- Delete it: ask and we’ll remove it, unless we’re required to keep a record.
- Stop contact: reply STOP to texts, or email us.
- Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Keeping it safe
Our site runs on HTTPS, and we use reputable providers to store and send your information. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
