The problem

What was actually broken

Cooper Capital manages six residential buildings. Their homepage opened with a stock video of a waterfront mansion they do not own, and below it sat four sections marked “photos coming soon.”

A renter deciding between three buildings could not see a single one of theirs. The site was actively working against the business — it looked like a company that had started something and walked away from it.

Before & after

The change

Before
Cooper Capital's old website
Stock waterfront video hero, no property photography, four empty homepage sections, and no consistent brand mark anywhere on the site.
After — Motion360
Cooper Capital's new website by Motion360
Real photography of every property, a working gallery, a full logo and favicon system, and social sharing cards. No empty states left.
What we built

The work

  • A complete brand identity from a single flat logo file — emblem, wordmark, and full lockup, each with a white variant, plus a full favicon set
  • A photo-driven homepage hero built from the strongest real exteriors, with a defined focal point per image so nothing crops badly on a phone
  • A property gallery filling every section that previously read “coming soon”
  • Social sharing cards so links to the site preview properly in messages and email
  • Contrast verified on every hero slide at mobile width — not eyeballed, measured
